Overall, just OK. I'd give it a lower rating if not for the price. The value is better than other places that are charging double, but you must realize that it comes with sacrifices.
Walls are VERY thin -- normal conversations and TVs in adjacent rooms can be heard. Heavy stairway doors slam shut very loudly at all hours.
The property is dated, which I realize is to be expected with some timeshare properties trying to keep their costs down. But it all just seems to be in a borderline-dilapidated state. Hallways seem "institutional" and poorly lit. Bed mattresses are worn.
On entering our room on our second day, there was a strong smell of tobacco. We ran the AC to try to force it out, only to discover that the smell was actually coming through the HVAC vents! It took a while for the stench to be forced out.
The shower stall in our studio was TIGHT! And I don't mean that in the popular, positive way. I'm of stocky build, not particularly tall, and due to the space-wasting, curved shower extension they use for the shower hear, my face was practically up against the glass to get decent water coverage.
Oddly, they recommend using an "app" (it's not really an app, but just a mobile-friendly website) to send requests for linens, toilet paper, etc. That's a pretty cool idea. Problem is, you may not get a response for over an hour, if at all. Might as well just dial "0" on the room phone.
On the upside, staff is friendly. But it's not enough to make up for the downsides.
