Won't be here again
First I have to say that the girl that checked me in was great. Friendly and nice. My keys didn't work she reprogramed them then walked me to the room to make sure they worked. She could not have been better.
Now the reasons for the bad review...
We had to wait till after check in time because they were cleaning the floor in our room. No problem and maybe ten minutes.
I didn't even care till we got in the room after being out for the night, took off our shoes and walked in the bedroom to get undressed and our feet were black.
The jetted tub? We all know why everyone books those rooms. This tub fits 1 person. Don't bother.
The dead cockroaches we found against the walls.
The bed... You'd be more comfortable on a pile of rocks with scorpions.
The area... Close to the things ya wanna do but ya still don't wanna walk back at night.
Crackheads arguing with invisible enemies, fist fights between homeless drunks...
Description said it had a hair dryer. It had the holder on the wall but no dryer. Blood 9n the bedspread.
Looked fine till you looked instead of glanced around.
I'll be back in Reno, but not at this hotel.
