“The employees were all professional, helpful and good at what they did. The room was very clean and the area generally inviting. There were some issues I'm compelled to share. The bedroom: beds were comfortable but one bed in room 315 made a horrible and loud noise whenever the pccupant decided to get in or out of. The balcony was littered with roofing singles and wrapping paper. It was so filthy it really couldnt be used. The 2nd issue was the breakfast. It was ok but underwhelming at best.……

“Property could use some major updates. Room-floors gritty w sand. We had 3 rooms. All same. Bathroom doors very water damaged assuming from mopping. Hallway carpets stained Nd old. “Nice pool area, was barely being used and I couldn't bring my grand kids to the pool while we were staying there because they were not staying at the hotel themselves. We were in town visiting them and little was open and to do around town. The room was nice, beds were comfortable but the air conditioner and fridge were noisy at night. The ice machine was a country walk away from our room a floor below us. Would stay again for the convenience/location to our family. Pricey tho for a non event……

“We had a group of 6 adults that were in town for the Septimber Ride in Eagle River. The house was spacious, clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable as well as the living and dining room furniture. It is unique as the house is on a working cranberry farm. They have live music and public events but in no way does it infringe on the accommodations. They have free tours if interested in learning about cranberry bogs.
