Welcome to our beautiful ground floor, 1 bedroom condo, with the New Pool, Jacuzzi and Bar Lounge just steps off our patio right to the pool and indulge in a perfect tropical setting!
The IMPORTANT Stuff First: We only charge our nightly rate to book our condo. The VRBO “calculated price" does NOT include the following fees that you will be required to pay the Resort upon arrival: These fees are the Honduran 19% Tourism and Sales Tax, based on our Total nightly rate.
The Resort charges a Daily Resort Fee of $50.00 Per Reservation and a onetime Final cleaning fee (tax inluded ) of $57.67 If you desire to reserve the Resort Shuttle Transfers, they charge a $12.00 Fee Per Person For the Round Trip Transportation.
We Do Not Charge and Can Not Collect Any of These Fees!
We have greatly reduced our Nightly Rate to make it possible for you to come and enjoy our beautiful condo.

Now the Good Stuff: Our patio is surrounded by lush tropical plants, creating a lovely place to sit out and enjoy the beautiful new pool while having your morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine. Only 20 minutes from the Airport.

Please return your beach towels to the stand down at the beach, to retrieve your towel cards. These cards must be turned in at time of checkout to avoid a Resort charge for missing towels. Thank you.

Please turn the air conditioner back up to 76° before leaving.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

You may NOT ADD any additional people to your reservation, once your reservation is confirmed! Sorry, No exceptions!

Nightly rate covers 2 adults, 3rd adult = extra $15.00 a night fee.

If your stay is longer then 14 nights, you Must cancel 45 days in advance for a full refund. After that, No refund. No exceptions! No Partial refund!
