From the living room, direct access leads to a roofed terrace of 8 m2, where terrace furniture is provided and where you can enjoy views of both the sea and the mountains. 1 dedicated room contains a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a comfortable and private sleeping area. A sleeping alcove, located in an open-plan area rather than an enclosed bedroom, accommodates 1 set of bunk beds with 2 berths, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom includes a shower, and a separate WC is also available. A kitchenette completes the layout, providing a practical and well-equipped space for meal preparation.
