On the ground floor, a large dressing room to store your belongings, a bedroom with storage, a large dormitory with 4 single beds (or 2 double beds), a bathroom and a Guest WC. Outside, a sheltered terrace, a garden with Jacuzzi, pétanque court and swimming pool. Quiet and peaceful estate on the heights of Agay, enjoying a panoramic view of the bay, consisting mainly of second homes. The area is secured by code barriers at entry.
