"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. More sugar milk and coffee in room would be better but overall very nice hotel didn’t use much facilities as was a short weekend to Disney but perfect to getting to the parks only 6 mins on the very frequent buses 👍"
