“The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”

“Fantastic hotel however the main reason we chose it was for the free shuttle service to the cruise and it was booked before we even checked in. I had emailed prior to coming and ask if we could be put on the list and we were unable to do so. Our flight got in at seven at night and all the times were booked except for late afternoon which we cannot get on our ship that late. So just would suggest more shuttle services.”

“This was a very comfortable place to stay while attending a nearby convention. The suite had plenty of space for both me and my coworker, which we really appreciated after long days on our feet. The staff went above and beyond, especially Carlos who took the time to share helpful suggestions about the area. Their hospitality made a big difference in our stay. ”

“The two front desk services were good. But the rooms bathroom toilet and microwave and the coffee maker were all really really dirty. And the bedding was very uncomfortable. And one of the windows only showed trash and junk. It was the worst feeling. And there was no kettle.”

“LAAC was hands down the best place we stayed while on our trip and it was all down to the amazing staff. Every single member of the team we encountered was so helpful and friendly, going out of their way to help us and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were also amazing and the use of the basketball court, swimming pool and spa were a huge highlight for us. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone travelling to LA. ”
