Nice room! Nick was available!

I received my room code and property information the day of the reservation, as mentioned. When I arrived at 10:30 pm, our code did not work. Nick promptly answered and provided a refreshed code! The beds were comfortable and the room was fully stocked with towels and shower “stuff.” However, our air conditioning did not adequately cool our room and the ice machine was broken.

Very close to Cedar Point

Poor wi-fi signal. At times I couldn't even get a 4G signal to get google maps to work. Upon arrival the toilet flushing handle was very loose. I did not inform management because I was quickly able to fix it. There was also a metal piece protruding from the bed frame in 19 that I scratched my leg on twice getting out of bed. The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot and the air conditioner and fridge worked well.

The Quality Lodge is more like a motel for local citizens that live there. The pool was not open to use. Our room smelled like urine. You were not able to use an outlet without leaving a light on to connect power. The beds were so uncomfortable. We stayed one night but did not sleep a wink. Very loud train horns not to mention a women screaming in the night. No check out process and the promised refund for the second night never came back.
