"the location is gorgeous. the rooms are very modern and well finished. the towns of sirolo and numana are not friendly because of lack of parking and the extremely difficult topography with uphill walks everywhere. it is not a hotel, but apartments in a big mansion. the communication between the customer and the property is not immediate, since the management company is offsite and the on site guy is not always present. getting in and oit from the side entrance with,steps is not easy, it would...

The swimming pool is a lovely size and the spacious garden is extremely well-equipped with chaise-longues, comfortable garden chairs and tables to sit or eat at, in sun or shade. "We had an amazing time in Carlo's villa as a family of 11 adults. It has lots of facilities to make for a relaxing week. The rooms were very comfortable. Carlo was very friendly and communicative and helped us settle in and book a couple of excursions. The beach sunbeds were also great. Miguel cooked for us during the week.
