Max. 4 ADULTS, 2 CHILDREN extra charges This flat will be a treasure chest of precious moments, a place to start collecting the best memories of your holiday. The spacious 80m2 living area houses a fully equipped kitchen. Attached is a convenient service bathroom with laundry. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom (open space), which is located on the 40m2 mezzanine. Outside there is a beautiful personal porch for eating al fresco. There are a total of 5 flats in the building and guests have access to a large swimming pool with a solarium equipped with parasols and sun loungers, a football pitch and a large patio with a wood-burning oven and barbecue for al fresco dining while enjoying the garden and the view. WI FI Villa vernaschi has a state-of-the-art wifi system but being located in the open countryside, connectivity may not be 100% functional (so far this has happened rarely and only in bad weather). Wir sind nach einer langen Anfahrt (mit Stau leider) angekommen und wurden sofort herzlich willkommen. Die Kinder durften sofort ins mega Schwimmbad springen und fühlten sich auch gleich wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung ist gross und sehr geräumig! Wir waren 7 Personen und hatten trotzdem jede Menge Platz und jeder hat seinen Lieblingsplatz gefunden. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden (evtl wäre ein gutes Messer mit Schneiunterlage ideal). Es waren sogar einige Tabs für die Spülmaschine und einige Müllsäcke bereitgestellt (sehr ideal - denn diese Kleinigkeiten vergisst man gerne :-) Wir haben diesen Platz in der ruhigen Abgeschiedenheit genossen und haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir eigentlich nur selten die Anlage verlassen haben. Für Einkäufe muss leider das Auto benutzt werden, aber mit etwas Einteilung kein Problem. Für Schwimmbadliebhaber und Ruhe suchende sehr zu empfehlen! Nov 29, 2018 #### Una scoperta piacevole Per motivi di lavoro veniamo spesso in questa zona, una famiglia di 5 persone, il casale dove siamo ospiti abituali era chiuso per lavori e la signora ci ha accompagnato in questo splendido posto. Questo appartamento potrebbe ospitare anche 10 persone. Molto grande, ben arredato e molto pulito. Ci sono 3 bagni, uno al piano terra con lavanderia, uno annesso nella grande camera matrimoniale e 1 per le altre due camere. L'esterno è un paradiso, penso che nel periodo estivo, con la piscina aperta, sia ancora più bello. In 5 minuti si raggiunge il centro della cittadina dove si può trovare qualsiasi cosa. Tutto ben curato, spazio interno ben suddiviso ed esterno molto ampio . Grande pulizia sia dentro che fuori. La piscina è quello che ci vuole per iniziare una giornata di vacanza. Tuffarsi in acqua e fare colazione, con i bambini che giocavano e non dovevamo preoccuparci di nulla. Qualità/prezzi garantiti, personalmente a parità di costi non ho trovato lo stesso trattamento La villa è stata appenanristrutturata e si vede che è tutto nuovo. Una splendida vacanza.
