“Different kind of like Airbnb not a typical hotel. They’re very responsive via WhatsApp. Thought transportation was complimentary but it’s not. The AC is not on when you get there, takes a bit to get comfortable.”

“It was a very pleasant stay with the good price we paid for the accommodation. Room is spacious with good air conditioning and shower facilities. Pillows and mattress are of decent quality. Staff and kitchen ladies are friendly and attentive to our needs. Location: Rome Termini train station can be a bit dodgy and the B&B is located a couple streets away from it so makes us feel safe. During our stay, there was some construction work going on so every morning we would hear banging noise around……

“The property was kind of hard to find. There is a brass call box with about a dozen buttons on it. There is a black sign with some dentist's face above it. That made it easier to find. The support is all remote - they will send you a video (definitely get Whatsapp for this trip) on how to work the box, get your keys from the lockbox, and using your fob to unlock the main door. “Came to Rome with the expectation of staying in a nice apartment 15-25 minutes walking distance to most popular attractions and air conditioned room to beat the heat, left at 3:30 AM the last day to sleep at the airport. Pretty DISAPPOINTING to be exact. First night after checking in AC wasnt working strong enough perhaps because the room was heating up since someone has moved out. By the second night the electricity went out from 5:30 pm until God knows when by the time we came back at……
