“Excelente hotel em Roma. Muito bem localizado com atendimento otimo e com um ar de residencia. Um patio no jardim incrivel com uma torre medieval. Uma joia. Imperdivel.”

“Stefano was a great host and very accommodating. We appreciated the effort he took to greet us and make sure we were comfortable. It’s a great location with lots around. Walking distance to the train station, colosseum and Trevi fountain. The only thing that could be improved is we found the air conditioning was not very strong. But overall we were very happy with our stay.”

“Great location. Right next to an A line subway stop and very easily walkable from Termini. Design of the space is fantastic. Check in was inexcusably messy and I note that other guests had similar complaints. It took me 30 minutes to even get an answer to the door while standing outside on the street in 95 degree heat. Not an auspicious start. Couldn’t find my reservation and because this is not a hotel—which is not clear on Expedia—but an unstaffed guest house, there was no one there to……

“Es la primera vez que me pasa en Expedia que, dice en su página que el establecimiento es un hotel y resulta que es un Airbnb. Cuando llegué a la dirección y vi que no era un hotel; me molestó mucho y me preocupó. Deben de considerar esto porque para los que no usamos Airbnb es incómodo.”

“Different kind of like Airbnb not a typical hotel. They’re very responsive via WhatsApp. Thought transportation was complimentary but it’s not. The AC is not on when you get there, takes a bit to get comfortable.”

“It was a very pleasant stay with the good price we paid for the accommodation. Room is spacious with good air conditioning and shower facilities. Pillows and mattress are of decent quality. Staff and kitchen ladies are friendly and attentive to our needs. Location: Rome Termini train station can be a bit dodgy and the B&B is located a couple streets away from it so makes us feel safe. During our stay, there was some construction work going on so every morning we would hear banging noise around……

“Came to Rome with the expectation of staying in a nice apartment 15-25 minutes walking distance to most popular attractions and air conditioned room to beat the heat, left at 3:30 AM the last day to sleep at the airport. Pretty DISAPPOINTING to be exact. First night after checking in AC wasnt working strong enough perhaps because the room was heating up since someone has moved out. By the second night the electricity went out from 5:30 pm until God knows when by the time we came back at……
