Professionally decorated in beachy-yet-polished style, this 2,200-square-foot, condo in Sanctuary by the Sea enjoys wonderful access to the property's beach, swimming pools, hot tubs, and countless other amenities. You'll be treated to 10-foot ceilings, a private balcony with views of the neighboring coastal dune lake and nature preserve, and a gorgeous kitchen complete with Viking appliances, a pot-filler over the stove, granite countertops, a wet bar with an ice maker, and a wine fridge. The living room is decorated with beach contemporary decor and features a 75-inch HDTV and soundbar. All bedrooms have been updated with new TVs. Sanctuary by the Sea is an immaculately kept Gulf-front resort in Blue Mountain Beach with 18 miles of walking/bike trails at your doorstep.

This condo is located on the west side of Sanctuary by the Sea, a 23-acre, Gulf-front property with 650 feet of white sand shoreline. You'll be just a few steps from three pools, two hot tubs, the lake, grilling stations, seasonal gas firepits, a fitness center, a virtual golf facility, a clubhouse, and a theater room on the property grounds. Walk 100 yards north to explore beautiful Grayton Beach State Park, ride your bike three miles west to peruse the shops and restaurants of Gulf Place Town Center, or head four miles east to bustling Seagrove Beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
