Step out onto your private balcony each morning, whip up your favorite breakfasts on stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and enjoy wonderful proximity to restaurants, bike paths, and the countless beauties of Scenic Highway 30A. This beachfront property is centrally located in Seagrove Beach, with the shores of Eastern Lake just down the road. If you head a few blocks up to 30A, you'll have your choice of wonderful dining options, including the Old Florida Fish House, Perfect Pig, and Cafe Thirty-A within a mile. The bustling heart of Seaside is three miles west, and darling Alys Beach is only five miles east.

Peaceful and Relaxing

We loved the quiet laid back neighborhood. It was a short walk to dining and shopping. Great location. It was a quick drive to Seaside or down to Rosemary Beach. I would recommend this place.

Lovely location, great condo for two.

We love Commodore’s Retreat. The location is perfect. It is quiet and not crowded. This condo met our needs. It was decorated well. The furniture was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Wonderful view

Updated condo with excellent water pressure and beach access. Our favorite part was the balcony with a stunning view of the coast right in the backyard. Located in sea grove close to seaside attractions. Will absolutely be booking again!

Our Beach Vacation

This beautiful condo was the perfect place for my wife and me to spend some time at the beach. We enjoyed the great view from the balcony overlooking the gulf. We’ve rented CR 107 several times. We’ve always have had a good stay. Great location and beautiful view. The elevator broke during our stay-I called Vacasa to report it and they sent out a repairman-easy to reach and always helpful. We’ll be back!

Meh

Don't have anything go wrong or need to talk to Vacasa because they won't fix it or know how to communicate with you. Terrible handling of concerns and apology after apology doesn't cut it. The internet connection is terrible too and the bedding is hospital grade -- thin blankets and uncomfortable sheets. Also, if you are in units on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th+ floor be mindful of others below you. I kid you not, we had constant walking above us with heavy feet every single day. I was like, how much walking can one do in a 700 sqft condo?? From morning til night -- all day long! The place itself is right on the beach and was very clean, but outdated and the building needs general maintenance and upkeep. It looks so run down for being in a prime location. Overall, the place was just okay. Thankfully we had awesome weather that helped us enjoy our trip!

Outdated but decent for the price

The building is very outdated. I did not receive a parking pass in any email communication and had to Google property management company address and drive there to pick up. The parking garage is too narrow for mid-sized SUVs to fit except on outside slots. The walls are very thin. The shower was not all the way cleaned; there was still soap residue left from previous occupants. There was a dirty towel left on the chair as well. The bathroom towels were very small and thin; need updating. The handles on the shower door are also very loose; they need to be fixed. The condo was cute and had been updated! The decor was very beachy and current. Overall, our stay was nice. Did notice the beach chairs on the deck looked like they were from 1970! Decent beach chairs and towels in case someone forgot would be a nice addition.

Our Beach Vacation

Amazing Recharge
