Santa Rosa Beach w/ Golf Cart, Pool Access, Bikes!

This is the perfect beach vacation getaway and is located a short walk to Dune Allen Beach (.3 miles) or a 2 minute golf cart ride away. Grab a drink at Stinky Fish Bar and Restaurant on your way to the beach!

3 bedrooms feature king beds, while the 4th bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds. There is an additional bonus office/loft space with a bunk bed. Two pack n plays also.

Golf cart and bikes are INCLUDED with your rental!

The Space:
This house was built in 2022 and is in pristine condition.

We have designed the unit to be family-friendly including the following amenities:

- Two pack n plays
- A high chair
- Board games
- Books for kids and adults
- An Infinity game table
- Plastic dinnerware for kids
- Beach toys

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire home except for the owner's closets. We also have a beach bin next to the house with backpack beach chairs, beach toys, backpack cooler, umbrella, beach wagon, and bogey boards. There are beach towels available for use as well.

The community pool will be undergoing renovations on and off in 2024. It may or may not be available for use.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the Serenity at Dune Allen neighborhood, just a short walk to Dune Allen Beach (.3 miles) or a convenient, 1 minute golf cart ride away. It's just minutes from the shopping and dining of popular Gulf Place. Come and enjoy the crystal clear waters and white sand 30A is famous for!

Getting Around:
There are lovely shops and restaurants closeby accessible via golf cart or bikes. No car needed!

Other Things to Note:
Beach cruiser bikes included (2). We also have beach chairs, bogey boards, board games, books, a beach wagon, and a cooler. Rental includes a six-seater golf cart also. All the amenities to make your stay great!

It's a very close walk to Stinky Fish Restaurant, Bar, and Baitshop. They have amazing to-go drinks that you can grab while at the beach!

We have a lovely, small community that is very close to the beach. We also have a community pool that any renter can use, and we're right near miles of paths.

HURRICANE REFUND: Any dates you've reserved that Santa Rosa Beach is under mandatory evacuation will be refunded to you in full.

FINE POLICY: We will have to pass along community fines for towels left hanging on front porch or cars parked on street/in landscaping.
