Farm View, ground floor bedroom

Ideal for a quiet stay close to the Suffolk coast and Sizewell. This charming room with en-suite shower room and a private entrance from the garden, is located on the ground floor of a beautiful period house where guests are welcome to use the kitchen and living room.

BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM
Double doors from the patio open into this room where there’s an attractive French double bed (120cm wide) with a set of drawers to the side of it, and additional storage in a wardrobe, and a cabinet with shelves.
The en-suite has a large shower cubicle with a rain shower and there’s a WC, a wash basin with storage beneath it, and a heated towel rail (towels will be supplied for you). Doors (with locks) open to the bedroom and to the kitchen from the shower room, so you can access the house and conveniently get a hot beverage in the morning without going outside again.

OUTSIDE
A table and chairs sit in the sun by the doors to your room to encourage you to relax with your morning coffee in the fresh air or enjoy a walk around the massive garden. There’s also ample parking for a car/medium sized van on the gravel drive at the front of the house.

LOCATION
Farm View is a beautiful private house in a quite spot on the outskirts of Saxmundham, just 20 minutes from both Sizewell and the picturesque seaside town of Aldeburgh.
Just two people reside in the house with a friendly cat, and there’s one other guest room on the first floor of the house and a guest cabin in the garden. You’re welcome to use the kitchen to store groceries, make hot drinks and breakfast before you head out for the day, to prepare easy meals at the end of the day, or to catch up on your laundry if staying more than four nights. Please respect others by cleaning up after yourself. If you’re eating in, you’ll find a table and chairs at the side of the kitchen and there’s a cosy seating area where you can relax with a good book at the end of the day (no TV).
