"Good location"

"The lobby is quite small and there is some sort of renovation going on. Not sure that is going to make it bigger or this is the new size. The breakfast room and 'gym' are below standard for a Hyatt. Not sure if this will change as well once the reno is done. The room was fine, very clean, good linens, and plenty of towels and such. It just doesn't have a lobby that makes you want to spend any time in."

"View was nice from room. Otherwise the heating system was loud, the food was meh at best (I can see why they give a credit) and parking was confusing. The staff was friendly and engaging however and the location was nice"

"Parking at the hotel is a ridiculous. $40 per night manditory valet parking. Parking in the area is even more expensive."

The pool was out of service and the gentleman called their other property and got us into their pool seeing how that was the whole reason we came to the hotel cause my grandkids love the pool! The sofabed’s sheet kept coming off! The breakfast buffet was pretty good. Wish they had more baked goods, like danishes or cinnamon rolls"

"Our stay at The Aloft was great. The beds are comfy. The coffee was good. My only issue is the shower stall being placed basically out in the open as if the bathroom designer forgot to add walls. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay."
