“We loved the proximity to the river. You can throw a rock from the porch into the river it's so close. Geese were floating down the river most of the day and their sounds and it flowing buy was so peaceful. The cabin was clean and the perfect size for myself and my husband. The host was friendly and responded quickly when we needed questions answered. It was a great stay for a great price.”

Exploring the trails and playing in the creek was a highlight for our 11 year old. It is very close to downtown Bristol for convenience and secluded enough to unwind. We will definitely return!”

“The Magnolia Cabin was as described. A one bedroom one bathroom rustic cabin. Super cute and the covered porch over looking the Watauga river was amazing. We spent every morning having coffee on that porch. The property is well maintained and communication was handled quickly. The cabin has everything you need, just bring food. This property has other rentals available that are pet friendly, but we did not have any issues with dogs barking. We do not have a dog and were a little hesitant...
