The Deerfield is a nicely decorated home with a modern decor. The living, dining, and kitchen and half bath are on the entry level with a slider door leading to the northwest facing balcony deck. This deck also connects to the hot tub deck on lower level. Bedrooms are on upper and lower floors requiring use of stairs, but perfect privacy for two couples. Both dens are located off each bedroom, and each are equipped with large flat screen TVs. The lower-level bedroom has a private deck with access to the hot tub. The upstairs primary loft bedroom has white water ocean views. This den is also outfitted to bring the office home if need be. Free Wireless High Speed wifi available. Bed linens and towels are included with this rental. SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch. Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night. Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway. No RV's Maximum occupancy is 4 for this home. Homeowner suggests guests aged 12 and older occupy this home rental. It was perfectly situated in the forest with a view of and short walk to the coast. It was also centrally located in the middle of the Sea Ranch property between the Lodge and town. Our family was able to relax in style with the great floorplan, hot tub, and luxury amenities. It was tastefully decorated as well.
