Nestled in the countryside, this two-story property boasts a spacious lawn of 2,000 m2, surrounded by trees, and a seasonal swimming pool (6 x 4 m, 27 m2, depth 120 cm) with a shutter cover, available from June 1st to September 30th. Enjoy the convenience of on-premises parking and amenities like internet WiFi, a billiard table, and a washing machine. Outdoors Immerse yourself in the tranquil outdoor spaces, where you can relax on the garden furniture or savor delicious meals cooked on the barbecue. The property also features a floodlit tennis court, allowing you to indulge in a game or two under the evening lights. An outdoor shower is available for refreshing moments. Another room with similar sloping ceilings houses a larger french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and also has an exit to the balcony. There is a separate WC on this floor as well.
