By booking you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. We will be happy to work with you to get pest control back out if necessary. \- Pool contractors will service the pools twice a week. \- A temporary hold of $2 will be placed on your credit card as part of our verification process and will be released within 7 days. Kids loved the pool and arcade room upstairs. It is about a 15 minute winding drive from this home to the activity in town (Dollywood, shops, dining etc.) but it wasn’t too far for us and we enjoyed the views and privacy of this neighborhood. The home was immaculate and offered plenty of space, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal, with stunning views that truly enhanced our stay. However, I did find the family room furniture to be a downside. The sofa was quite small and low to the floor, which made it uncomfortable for lounging. Additionally, the quality of the chairs left something to be desired, and while the kitchen set accommodated a larger group, it wasn't very comfortable or visually appealing. If I had been hosting a larger party, I think seating would have been a significant issue. Despite the furniture concerns, the overall experience at Coopers Hawk was excellent.
