Walmart was less than 15 min away & nearby was a bakery with fresh made bread. “This property is quite old, and there is mold in the bathroom. The main bedroom is not properly air conditioned and the rest of the unit is outdated and cramped. It is definitely not enough space for the amount of guests indicated in the listing. There was no hot water for a while so there was no way to take a proper shower, the host did not reply promptly with instructions to fix it. “WHAT a discovery! I loved my stay at Canalside -- the room was beautifully updated, but still had those historic squeaky wooden floors that remind everyone to be a little quieter (it worked!). The coffee maker produced great morning joe; the shower got hot almost immediately; the bed linens were soft and the towels were a perfect blend of absorbent and scratchy.
