"our family went there and book the (2 of a kind) room, it has little living area with 2 separated rooms, both has it's own toilets and everything, very nice stay, staff is very helpful and smiles all the time. The location is right in the center of Shibuya but not noisy at all. Perfect hotels for couples and families."

"The best thing about this hotel is location, only few mins walk to Shibuya station and Shibuya crossing. The room size is good with enough space to open suitcases. The view of the room is excellent too. If you take taxi to the hotel will have some problems since there's no drop off spot for the hotel and the hotel lobby is on the 4th floor. For the room cleaning, staff should take more attention. I found the tea cups didn't change to a new one after the room is tidy up. In general, I will give 8/10 for this hotel. Definitely will consider to stay again when I visit Tokyo next time."

"The location is very good with walking distance to the Shibuya station and shopping mall. There are many bars nearby so it can be a great place to hang out. There are many restaurants nearby as well. Staff are very helpful and help me pick up lost item and contact me immediately. They speak very good English too."
