"Villa was very clean, and well equipped. We had a great time. Communication with Gillian (the host) was great, we asked to book in early and this was not an issue. The location was a tab hilly for my father-in-law. There are quite a few bars and restaurants in walking distance; a mini mart and supermarket are within walking distance but if you have a few items of shopping it is advisable to jump in a cab for your return journey. We would book to stay again."

"Just spent 10 days at this villa and had a great time. We couldn’t have asked for more with everything we needed being there. The little touches including the basics you need without having to shop on arrival (including a massive bag of fresh oranges) were gratefully received. The pool was such a good size and both adults and kids alike had fun. "My family decided to rent this villa over Christmas there were 13 of us, mostly adults but 2 young children and some younger adults, communication was great no issues, the villa location was just on the out side of town but a short ride to town by taxi, or there’s a bus, the villa was excellent maybe needing a freshen up but nothing major, the pool was cold but I suppose in summer months this isn’t an issue, all in all we had a great time and I would recommend this villa, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Excellent stay - have stayed before at McDonald Villacana resort, but needed to be a little closer to Calahonda this time. The apartment we had was on the first floor with a sea view from the balcony. The apartment was larger than expected and had a large balcony too (big enough for a table with 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers without being cramped). An added bonus was the washing machine in the apartment. Food in the restaurant was great - wouldn't hesitate to use again or to recommend."
