The location is perfect—close to the beach and great restaurants, yet quiet and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the whole space felt cozy but updated. Check-in was easy, communication was smooth, and the little touches made a big difference. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.”

There was space for four adults and two dogs. Friendly service in local establishments.We enjoyed easy drive to Newport and easy 35-40 minutes to Providence”

“All brand-new appliances, impeccably clean! Close to the beach. One level and no stairs which is great for the older folks! Beautiful rooms, bathrooms, floors! Not a very large house, but very cozy. I would say it sleeps 3 couples if sharing a room, or 3-4 people if not sharing (couch adds one). Nothing bad to say. Would rent again!”
