“The owners were immediately accommodating when I requested an early check-in, AND when I put the wrong check-in date at the time of booking!! This property is a hidden gem. “Everything was in good condition and suited our purposes perfectly. The unit was cheerful and comfortable for three adults and the kitchen was well equipped for the light meals we had there (note to host: need a couple of potholders and some hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms). "AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
