Home Away From Home

Charming and cozy three bedroom, two bath, all brick home located in a quiet neighborhood in Nixa, MO. You will enjoy the open floor-plan, four smart televisions with DirecTV/Netflix & fast WIFI. The kitchen is equipped with most essentials for cooking a meal if desired. Some spices & oils are made available, along with coffee, tea and a Welcome basket with a bottle of wine, bottled water, snacks and fresh fruit.
There are three bedrooms with queen size beds with mattress & pillow covers. The bathrooms are clean and inviting, with the Master having a jacuzzi tub. You will find toiletry necessities in case you forget yours.
Guests will have access to the entire home, other than the garage.
There is an inviting deck in the back, secluded and quiet, where you can relax and enjoy the scenery.
Occupancy maximum is 6 guests, which includes children 0-17 years of age.
Pets are not allowed in the home, and that includes support animals.

A great house in which to gather! We had 5 family members stay here for a family wedding. So clean and close to all our events. Very comfortable and accommodating. Sherrie is easy to work with and she has thought of everything!

Beautiful home to stay at

We loved this home, it was so clean and welcoming. Perfect for our stay, nice to have more than one bathroom. Beds very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great place for our holiday get away. Clean, all the amenities we needed and close to attractions. Welcoming home decorated for the holidays with a highly responsive host. If we pass through again, this will be our place to stay.

Quiet & cozy getaway with access to Branson and Springfield

The home was very well appointed and decorated, in a location within a stone's throw of Springfield and Branson, but just enough off the beaten path to find quiet respite while visiting family over the holiday season. The surrounding neighborhood was likewise quiet and well-kept.We especially enjoyed all of the tasteful holiday decorations as we were traveling over the Christmas season; it was a nice touch which really helped us feel at home.

Wonderful home away from home!

Great House to Explore Local Attractions

The home was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and bedding. The linens for the bedroom and bathroom are quality. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The location is access to Springfield. The owner is very responsive with all communication. We really enjoyed our time there.

Granddaughters Wedding

Warm and friendly place to stay

When I opened the door, I immediately felt like I was home. My sister said, "I could move into this house. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The bedroom decor was very peaceful for sleeping, the main area of the house was truly "family" style, the patio was inviting for conversation. If this house is available when I go back I will try to reserve it.

Loved everything about this property!

This house is spotless, comfortable, and stocked by the owner with so many necessities and comforts of home. It is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood that is close to everything you need in Nixa. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Our favorite thing about this house is the beautiful deck in the back yard. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. There are so many great amenities. We love this property and the owner!

Perfect!

There were four of us who stayed in this home; and there was nothing any one of us had a complaint about. Booking, access, communication with owner, all easy. House was exactly as stated in listing. It was clean and had extras that many other places don't provide, such as shampoo, laundry soap, paper towels, etc. Snacks left by owner were much appreciated. Instructions upon leaving were easy enough to follow and no problem. Owner was always quick to respond. Would recommend this home and look forward to returning when we visit family.

Nice stay!

House was as described! Bedrooms got super hot at night, we purchased a fan and that helped! I was shocked that the cleaning fee was almost the same price as one night stay. If I would have known ahead of time, I would have picked another locations because we were instructed to take the trash out, wipe off counters, and collect all the towels before leaving. So I’m not sure what the cleaning crew does. Good location though, nice neighborhood, the wine and coffee was a great touch also!
