“It was a great stay although the showers barely had hot water. ”

Very cool lobby, great employees, just an all-around breath of fresh air for Springfield. The perfect business traveler room! Lots of plugs! Loved the steamer instead of an iron! Good breakfast! Neat place!”

“The stay was just average and for the price we were charged, it was very underwhelming. They had every opportunity to make our wedding night a great memory, but the hotel is just getting run down. The carpet was damp and the linens were stained. The staff were acting like robots just reciting a script. The aquarium across the street was absolutely incredible! It was the only thing about this Bass Pro location that was enjoyable.”
