“The property was better than advertised! The owner is absolutely awesome and even helped us hunt down a karaoke bar. The location is great less than an hour to New Orleans or Biloxi. Great beaches 10 minutes away. We loved everything! ”

“Our overall impression was good! The condo was very nice and adequate for the two of us! However I have a suggestion in case another older couple choose this condo! It would have been very helpful if there had been a safety grab bar in the shower ! The floor in shower and bathroom overall was very slippery! Will book it again on next trip if available!”

“We loved staying here. We have a small Pomeranian and it’s hard to find places that she can stay. She was not afraid at all. She was very comfortable and felt right at home. Check in and kitchen were great! ”

“The unit was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and well taken care of. The floors were very creaky in spots but that's expected of a historic building and just added to the charm in my opinion! I'd rent it again next time I have a group together for an event in New Orleans!”

“Super apartment that is comfortable, clean and well managed. Spacious 3 bedroom and nice furnishings with good a/c and overhead cleaning fans. Owner and property very quick to respond to any questions I had. Really convenient to have good coffee shop within a block from the unit! Thank you for a very nice stay!”

“Our host, Walker, was extremely accommodating and responsive. From the time I booked the rental he reached out and even gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. The space was clean and welcoming. The air condition worked very well despite the extreme heat outdoors. The shower pressure was wonderful as well. There was adequate parking and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. ”

“this location was perfectly located, the view is STUNNING!!, and absolutely worth every penny for our gaycation stay we came in as a group of 4 needing 3 beds, and we all were not disappointed! upon check-in, this property was absolutely pristine, was able to access the balcony easily, and Im still blown away by the multiple levels of security during our stay ”

"The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
