“The location is good but the price is not as bargain as expected. Cleaning up requires registering at reception instead of hanging the sign provided. Air conditioning turned off automatically every night. I had to get up to turn on again. Water and the drain are slow.”

“It came as a shock to us that we need to request room cleaning service by a specific time daily. We did not read the notice in the room and was surprised to find out such service is not a must to guest rooms? Nobody mentioned this during our checked in, only a notice in the room said it but I doubt many guest would care to read the notice in the room. We accept towel changing upon request is quite common nowadays but not room cleaning! On the whole, staff are very helpful and security seems……

“The location is convenient, just 5 mins walk to underground / train station. But need to carry the luggage thru stairs when accessing/leaving the hotel.”

“Very good, will stay again. The hotel locates in the middle of farringdon and barbican. Plenty of choices for breakfast. The only one disadvantage is not providing free bottles of water.”
