“Had everything we needed for the two nights we were there. Place was easy enough to find, instructions for check in and rules were adequately communicated, and there was plenty to do within walking distance or a short drive. It shows a little wear and tear, but that's something to be expected. Overall, highly recommend for a couple looking to get a decent, private place to stay in a very nice area. ”

“The stay was fine for one night. Neighborhood was absolutely safe and friendly. A lot of places to go close by for dinner. Not convinced the size is worth the price but it was good for a weekend getaway. I would recommend but doesn’t really have any amenities. The parking spot designated is meant for a small vehicle. The back Pathway wasn’t cleared of ice and my husband had to handle it. I did message the host about the ice but didn’t get a response. Over all, it was ok. ”

“Host was helpful. The only misgivings were the garbage piled up outside several apartments from Friday morning thru Saturday evening which smelled bad.”

“This is a beautiful location to stay. The appartement was very clean, and the help from the owner was awesome. They made us a welcome book with all necessary information. Furthermore there are video’s mailed to help to get in. Very good appartement and I would advice it to friends and others.”

Well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a short stay in Dallas, and the location is perfect for the downtown area, with a nice supermarket and café across the road. The host Tanner was easily contactable and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!”
