"My college-aged children and I stayed over a baseball weekend. This condo is well-appointed, and was extremely clean. The neighborhood was very quiet, during both the day and the night. Plenty of parking, and the neighbors are friendly. The complex is quite dark at night, so be prepared with some type of flashlight (the one on your phone is fine). Communication with the owner was seamless, as was the check-in/check-out process. Uber rides to downtown or campus are inexpensive. Akademia Brewery...

"Overall great stay, would definitely stay again! Nice, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Minutes from everything: UGA campus and stadium, restaurants, shops, pubs, coffee! - all things Athens. Great host, easy entry, good parking. Highly recommend. Really enjoyed our stay. And I have to add, a very friendly town!!!"

"My husband and I stayed at Cuties Cottage prior to a conference in the area. The condo was very nice and had comfortable and fresh presentation. The master bath shower could use some attention. (Low water pressure and outdated shower). The views of the lake and surrounding area were beautiful. The community is meticulously maintained and has wonderful walking and biking trails. Cons-when you rent through VRBO you do not have access to the Lake Club, nearby marina, etc. you have to go direct...

The apartment was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable, the shower pressure was strong and hot, and the towels are nicer than the ones I have at home! Upon arrival, I noticed one of the light bulbs had burned out and texted Brian asking if there were any extra bulbs in the apartment. He said there were not, but he could run one by that night. "Close to The Ritz and “new” Greensboro (Publix, liquor store, restaurants, etc). Comfy King bed. Easy access with a smart lock. Perfect little porch overlooking a small marina to enjoy breakfast or happy hour! Highly recommend."
