"Clean, tidy, apartment in a quiet area. About 20 minutes fast walk to the metro. Bus stops (K2, K6) three to five minutes on foot. I had a problem with the shower curtain - it fell to the floor before anyone touched it. It doesn't change the fact that I recommend this place. The apartment was worth the price I paid."

"Little Oatlands was home for 9 of us for a flower filled week in May. We assembled from KC, BC, CA and VA to attend my daughter’s wedding overlooking the Potomac at Murray Hill. The property and approach to Little Oatlands takes your breath away! Flowering Dogwoods line the drive blending with the white fence and homes in the distance. Each of us walked down the lane to read the plaques and the history of the preserved property. Certainly a history lesson and it would be wonderful to know...

"The only complaint we have about our stay is that it wasn't long enough! The apartment was clean, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable (my husband got his first ever sleep score in the 90s!). The location was perfect for us - close to our daughter's university and walking distance to the zoo, the metro, Nat'l Cathedral, plus great shops and restaurants!"

"The property was as advertised! Cozy 3 bedroom house in a calm and quiet neighborhood. The host was a great communicator as questions came up — very quick and helpful responses. Easy access to the Arlington, Falls Church and DC areas (among others). We even needed a pack and play for our toddler, so the host ordered one for us so that it would be there by the time we got there! That will be helpful for other families staying in the future. I would recommend for any families that want to stay in...

"Location, location, location! Park your car, and don’t worry about driving anywhere else. The subway is just around the corner, and Safeway and CVS are in easy walking distance as well. Townhome is cozy but comfortable with most everything one could need, especially if you are just using it as a place to rest and recharge as you explore all that DC and the surrounding areas have to offer. We were enchanted with all the rich historical, educational and beautiful places we explored. Our son lives...

"This was our second stay in past 3 Months at this property. We had 3 adults so we stayed in the 2 Bedroom apartment. The location is perfect for our needs to be in both Georgetown and in DC proper. The beds are VERY comfortable and having a big living room is a huge plus. Tedd is an Awesome host. Communication is clear and easy with host. Would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants great location and comfortable accommodations."
