I am very much in love with “old” buildings; the decor in the house was spectacular , the gardens and the house was well maintained! It felt like you were “stepping back in time”! We had the lady Jane room, a large room with plenty of space, private bath and a small pantry. Room has everything you could ask for and then some. Breakfast was prepared and readily available in the fridge and cupboards and we handled everything ourselves. We had breakfast in the extraordinary garden, what a gem of a place that was! Room did not have individual Aircon, but it was cool and nice so apparently they controlled that centrally. Our host Joy lived up to her name, she was super friendly and informative.
