Cabin at the Reserve

Bring the whole family to our cabin with lots of room for fun. This cabin sleeps eight people very comfortably. There are two rooms with Queen sized beds and two loft areas with two twin beds each. This cabin is located just outside the main entrance of the Fairy Stone State Park (.9 of a mile) in a very quiet and safe cabin community with private roads, take a stroll or let the Kids ride their bikes while you enjoy a relaxing vacation! There is lots to do within a short drive from the cabin, from fishing to shopping and dinning in nearby towns, Vineyard tours and wine tasting, and much more.

This cabin is in a cabin community. The community is surrounded by the Fairy Stone State park. you can access the park by taking a short walk to the end of the road or you can drive down to the park entrance to access the deeper part of the park to take advantage of all there is to do.

the streets in the community are very quiet and the speed limit is 10 MPH while you are in the neighborhood. the streets are safe to take walks or to allow the children to ride their bikes.

Weekend Escape

Perfect location

Had so much fun hiking and found lots of fairy stones. This cabin was clean and very comfortable with everything you would need. The local beach was also very nice. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Great cabin

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very spacious and my son loved the upstairs loft area. It was very short drive to Fairy Stone Park (we even rode our bikes there one day). We had a great time swimming in the lake and hunting for fairy stones. We look forward to coming back again in the future!

Weekend birthday get-away

Excellent cabin experience, enjoyed the weekend with friends and family celebrating a milestone birthday. Highly recommend this cabin for any occasion, the layout and rooms were very accommodating. There was an odor problem with the main bathroom connected to the great room. We kept the door closed all weekend and used the other 2 full baths. The only activity we didn't get to experience was an outdoor firepit making s'mores. I understand the reason why open fires are not allowed so it was okay. We enjoyed cozy time in front of the fireplace chatting and playing games. We especially enjoyed hiking and hunting for fairy stones. This is a great vacation place to spend time with friends and family. We are already planning another, longer stay.

Our stay was really great. The location of the cabin was in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to the lake and hiking trails. Check in and out was easy. John was responsive to any needs that arose and handled them graciously.

Log Cabin

The property was very comfortable and well equipped. We were minutes from Fairy Stone State Park which is a gem. We enjoyed our stay very much, especially having coffee in rocking chairs on the porch with the symphony of bird sounds!

Great place to stay. Cabin was clean and it had everything you needed for a little getaway vacation. I would recommend staying there to anyone that just needs a little break.

Nice home for families with children

Near lots of outdoorsy activities. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable home with two private bedrooms but four twin beds in a bunkhouse-like loft which is open to the gathering space. We had preschoolers with us and were challenged to figure out bedroom assignments!

Wonderful getaway with family!

We had a great few days at the house with family. The house was very clean and roomier than expected. We cooked meals, enjoyed time together, and were so close to Fairy Stone state park that we went everyday. We will always remember this special trip and highly recommend the property.

Visiting Family

My sister, myself and our husbands flew from California to visit our Brother that lives in Virginia. We all stayed in the Stuart, VA cabin. It was the BEST trip and we had so much fun together. The cabin was perfect in every way. Had everything we needed. Clean, spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The owner drove 1.5 hours just to bring us a new coffee pot when I messaged him that the on there wasn’t working that great. Bless his heart!! That is above and beyond. We all loved the cabin so much and it really felt like home for our family. Thank you,
