The 30 m² studio is located in Oberaudorf and accommodates up to 2 guests. You enjoy a living room with mountain view, a private fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences), your own TV, and comfortable self check-in. The studio offers step-free access indoors and a private, uncovered terrace.



You have access to a heated indoor pool, sauna, and fitness equipment for shared use. You can also use the communal garden, table tennis, toys, and books for children. Three bicycles are provided so you can explore the surroundings.



Shared parking spaces are available both at the house and in the garage, and there is a charging station for electric vehicles. Public transport is easily accessible, and storage for bicycles and skis is shared. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
