“Clean room, pool was warm, nice hotel”

“This was such a great hotel for our family. The kids had fun at the arcade. The pools were the perfect temperature. Hot tubs were great. We had such a relaxing time. My only critique would be that I wish the bar across from the arcade was open and our room didn’t have AC.”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“Perfect studio condo for 2 people. Comfortable couch and chair and a complete compact kitchen. Front desk person was super nice and very helpful. Great location, convenient to walking the river walk and many restaurants. Plus a free bottle of wine! Would definitely go back.”

“Property was good but room services and housekeeping was not good. Soap, shampoo etc were not refilled every day. We had to ask for coffee, sugar, towels etc everyday”

“The bed was slanted on an angle with the head lower then our feet. the mattress was lumpy. When we pulled the sheets back to get in bed there were blood stains in a couple of places. Obviously the bedding had not been changed since the previous guests. Staff brought us clean linen. They handed it to us and left. We made the bed and placed the dirty linen in the hallway and it was still there till late afternoon the next day when they finally picked it up.”

“We visited at the end of the summer in early September so definitely "off" season for skiing, so I cannot speak to the price which was cheap for two nights. I'm sure in the winter that price would be 5 times that. I did like the enclosed garage parking, I can imagine in the winter that is amazing to get your car out of the weather. Having the trash/recycling down there enclosed as well was a great design. The room (1 bedroom) was clean and well laid out. My 12 year old daughter reported that……

“They're always great when we stay here in Frisco. The bathroom floor tiles are really starting to brake and it's becoming a hazard.”

“When checking in nobody was at the front desk. Had a sign, be back in 15 minutes. Hurried check in, and got up to the 5th floor and the room we were given had somebody already in it. Safety latch on the door didn't work in the second room as it was damaged. When checking out they couldn't find the bill that was already paid as they were looking under the wrong room number.”
