“Spacious room. Gave me a larger bed than originally asked for. Breakfast had lots of choices. Coffee was decent. ”

There are Target, Whole food market very closed, a Classic Church , An appreciating PItts Public Library beside the hotel, and guess what, Duolingo located around too. Thank you for your warm treatment, Kasa. And touched by visiting Pittsburgh Public Library and Pittsburgh Symphony, Heinz Hall, Pittsburgh City, CMU, PU…..My Love. “Staff was super friendly. Very dog friendly. I think her name was Ashley, at the front desk, just loved on my dog! Room was so comfortable. Definitely will stay there anytime I am in the Greensburg area!”

Staff was absolutely wonderful from front desk, housekeeping and food service...all were exceptional during my 2 night visit! They were continuously keeping the lobby and areas clean. “Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able……
