This was our first time at a Best Western, I was very pleasantly surprised with the entire stay! We stayed 3 nights, the place was clean, staff was super friendly, pool and hot tub was great, overall was very happy with the stay. Breakfast was the usual eggs, sausage, make your own waffles. This house turned out to be perferct for our girls' weekend as we attended a concert at the Carrier Dome. We each had our own Bedroom (3 of us) and Lisa couldn't have been more accommodating with snacks, drinks, and help with directions. Temps were close to 90 deg. while there so the AC made things ...
We enjoyed our brief stay very much. The hotel is unique, clean and classy. The staff were excellent and accomodating, allowing us an extra hour to check out and letting us leave an extra car parked in their lot while we attended a graduation ceremony. My only tip for the hotel: perhaps a nicer breakfast ...

Loved this hotel - other than flat pillows and traffic noise. I had a corner suite that was close to the freeway which prob accounted for the noise. Breakfast was great and staff very accommodating. Beautiful hotel.

Cannot thank the staff enough for finding my purse in the breakfast room and holding if for me at the front desk until I realized it was missing. As for the room itself, the sleeping and sitting area was great, but the bathroom is a bit tiny. Everything was very clean and tidy in the room. The breakfast ...

The check in process took a little too long, both in waiting in line and the actually checking in of my rooms. The rooms were spacious. The beds were a little too hard for my liking. There was not microwave, which I thought was one of the amenities listed. The breakfast was very good and hot. There ...

This was my second time at the hotel. Reasonably priced and clean. Breakfast spread could do with an upgrade. Initially checked into a dirty room. They apologized and upgraded to a better room at same price and the next morning, the GM gave me a discount on the price. So, all was good.

Whether you want to stay on the ski property, or you would prefer a hotel in the city, we can help you and your family make preparations wherever you would like to be. Getting to Syracuse could be complicated if you're bringing all of your bulky gear with you. You might want to stop by Dicks Sporting Goods for boots and outerwear. Once all the required purchases have been made, you and your gang will be ready to head to the top of the hills. Don't forget to take in the views of the vast stretches of pristine snow and rugged backcountry. You will be delighted once you feel the snow on the nose of your skis and the wind in your hair as you fly down the slopes. If your group hasn't been skiing before, ask your concierge to see if they offer instructor-led classes, so you won't slip and slide with your skis up in the air.
Once you and your friends arrive at the getaway stay, ask the front desk about other possible excursions to try out in Syracuse. There might be some family-friendly activities, such as roasting s'mores over a bonfire, board games at the hotel, nearby movie theaters, or bowling alleys. Maybe they can suggest a few adults-only options as well, like a ski-in bar, a spa on the hotel property, or a dance club in the city. And when your night is over, you will have amenities in your hotel room that you can take advantage of, like a mini-bar or a movie. What are you waiting for? Your vacation is just one small slope away!
