You'll love the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, cookware, stove, microwave, and coffee maker — whether you're cooking in or grabbing takeout. A guest favorite is the indoor game room 🎉 Challenge your crew to ping pong, unwind in the lounge, or stream on the Smart TV. 🤝 Interaction with Guests We give guests plenty of space, but we’re always just a message away if you need anything. Feel free to reach out through the platform you booked on - we typically respond within 1 hour and are happy to help with anything during your stay. 📍 Neighborhood Our home is in a quiet residential part of South Tampa, just a short drive from local highlights like: Bayshore Boulevard – great for walking, running, or biking along the water Hyde Park Village – a mix of shops, restaurants, and cafés Ballast Point Park – with a fishing pier, playground, and bay views Tampa Riverwalk – a scenic path that connects parks, museums, and waterfront spots Ybor City – full of history, nightlife, and culture TPA airport is about 15 minutes away, and downtown Tampa is less than 20. 🔑You’ll have full access to the house, backyard, laundry room, and driveway parking.
