Being a semifrontal and being on a third floor without buildings in front or to the side, it offers spectacular views of the sea and the mountains and valuable privacy. It is a very bright apartment thanks to its orientation, which allows you to receive the sun until approximately 5 pm. It consists of two bedrooms (capacity for 5 people), two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and beautiful terrace. It is a very sunny apartment. The urbanization has beautiful gardens, large swimming pools, paddle courts and playgrounds. It has parking space included in the basement for a vehicle. Nearby you will find the beautiful beaches of the Germans and the Cañuelos. Zahara is a small and picturesque fishing village located in a heavenly environment. You can taste the local specialty, tuna, in its typical restaurants. You can visit the village of Vejer 15 km above a mountain with a network of Arab-style streets. You can also take a route through the famous white villages of Andalusia. The city of Tarifa is 25 km away and from there you can move to Africa (Tangier) in half an hour. The ruins of Baelo Claudia (S. II BC) on the beach of Bologna are 30 km away. Oct 22, 2018 #### Schöne Ferienwohnung mit seitlichem Meerblick - ruhig und strandnah Sehr schöne, etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, einem Wohn-/Esszimmer und einem perfekten Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick. Dadurch dass das Gelände neben der Wohnanlage nicht bebaut ist, liegt diese Wohnung perfekt ruhig und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick. Wir haben jeden Morgen mit dem Blick auf dem Bild gefrühstückt und auch abends den Balkon und das Meeresrauschen sehr genossen. Die Anlage hat eine Tiefgarage, so dass auch das Auto sicher abgestellt ist. Der lange und weiße Sandstrand ist nur 250 m entfernt und man erreicht ihn durch die Anlage und dann auf Dielenböden über die geschützte Dünenlandschaft. Mehrere Chirringuitos / Bars am Strand laden zum Verweilen, Kaffee trinken und Essen ein. Auch Liegen und Sonnenschirme gegen Gebühr sind vorhanden. Für einen entspannten Aufenthalt zu zweit oder viert genau die richtige Adresse. Mein Mann und ich haben uns wunderbar erholt und die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Der kleine Ort liegt etwa 1 km entfernt und bietet vom Supermarkt über kleine Shoppingläden bis zu Restaurants einfach alles. Vor allem das schöne Restaurant "Antonio" im gleichnamigen Hotel möchte ich hier noch erwähnen, wo man bei tollem Sonnenuntergang wunderbar speisen kann. Thunfisch sollte auf jeden Fall hier in dieser Region genossen werden. Er ist einfach super lecker und frisch und einfach toll. Ich habe ihn nirgendwo besser gegessen als hier. Alles in allem 5 Sterne. Die Wohnung sieht wirklich fast aus wie auf den Bildern (die ungefähr 10 Jahre alt sind) und sich deshalb nur etwas natürlich in dieser Zeit abgenutzt hat. Wenn wir wieder in diese Ecke Andalusiens reisen, dann buchen wir wieder hier! Danke für alles. Danke auch an Pepa für das freundliche spanische Willkommen und an Francisco, mit dem die Kommunikation auf Englisch auch wunderbar geklappt hat. El sitio era muy tranquilo y cómodo para estar con perros. Las zonas comunes de la urbanización son muy amplias y están muy cuidadas y la piscina es estupenda. Ayudó mucho a que tuvieramos unas vacaciones fantasticas. Mis padres y yo pasamos unos días geniales disfrutando de relajantes paseos con nuestro perro por la playa, a la que se accedía directamente desde el jardín. La urbanización tiene unos jardines muy bonitos. El dueño estuvo muy pendiente de que estuviramos a gusto en todo momento. Nos encantaría repetir cuando podamos. Nos ha gustado mucho porque es muy coqueto, soleado y tiene unas vistas preciosas. Estaba provisto de todo lo que necesitamos y muy limpio. La ubicación es inmejorable. A veces cuando hemos ido de vacaciones, nos ha pasado que las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad. En este caso podemos decir que sí. Destacamos las preciosas vistas desde el salón así como la luminosidad. Nos pareció que estaba muy coqueto y bien limpio. La urbanización era preciosa, con unos jardines y piscinas preciosos. La playa a un paso.. Un verdadero lujo. La zona muy bonita. Hicimos varias excursiones aunque lo que nos apetecía era descansar. En fin, pasamos unos días que nos encantaría repetir. El trato con Francisco, el propietario, fue muy cordial y atento. El único problema que tuvimos fue con la luz del baño y el propietario nos lo resolvió muy rápido. Recomendamos este apartamento. A pie de playa y al ser semifrontal, con vistas realmente bonitas. Tenía mucha luz y nos resultó muy cómodo para ir con niños. Los trámites de la reserva fueron muy fáciles y el dueño muy amable y servicial en todo momento. Quedamos muy satisfechos.
