“The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay.”

“Overall it was a good stay. Stayed for 2 days. The front desk rep were very welcoming and explained everything. The only issue I had was the bar/lounge area I felt that the bartenders took forever to come out the back and service was slow to make drinks considering it was slow! But def clean place to stay. Rooftop was good wish they had more of an variety of drinks to choose from”

“Beautiful property. Great location. The upper floor corner room was worth it. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was amazing. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of champagne and free drinks at the bar to celebrate my 50th birthday. Loved the option to skip daily housekeeping and text for any needs. We received extra towels, coffee, waters, etc. when requested. The rooftop bar and pool were nice and we went to the first floor bar every night to meet up with members of our group and to enjoy……

“I got sick from the red potatoes I ate at the Hotel. I tasted them all day and then eventually threw them up. It ruin my whole day as a tourist in Nashville. In addition, the following day I choose to eat yogurt and it was not cold. In other words, it was being served at room temperature which was not good!”
