“This property was in a great location close to lots of attractions and dining spots. The pool was a very nice feature as was the on site dining. The actual unit though was not especially clean. Floors were dirty and everything was in need of an overall deep clean. Our biggest issue was with the inaccuracy of the listing. The listing states multiple beds in two of the rooms. This is not true. There are 3 bedrooms as stated, but the bed configuration is: bedroom 1: queen bedBedroom 2: queen……

“The bed was hard as the floor and extremely uncomfortable and the couch was just as bad. No tv in the bedroom. My bathroom trash can was full upon arrival. The key system is difficult and they had to reprogram my door which didn't work so i used the manual key left there. “Very disappointing stay due to AC issues and poor handling of the problem. From the first day, I reported that the AC was not properly cooling the bedroom. The living room eventually became cold, which showed that I had the AC set correctly, but the bedroom vent provided little to no cold air. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that I wasn’t following the AC instructions correctly. I tried calling several times to explain the issue, but my calls were ignored.
