"Very convenient location near Earl’s Court underground station. Also walkable to restaurants and shops. Clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again. "

"Lovely hotel in a convenient location a short walk from Earls Court tube station. Very pleasant and helpful staff and plenty of them to assist. Nice bar area. The soundproofing in the room was excellent no noise from the busy Cromwell Rd outside. Air conditioning worked well. The room had a small kitchen area which could be screened off with a curtain which we didn’t use but was a nice feature. Clean bathroom with toiletries. Please note that you need photo ID when checking in. This wasn’t clear when making the reservation but fortunately I had a photo of my passport on my phone otherwise there may have been a problem. "
"Property was at a great location. Easy access to London Heathrow and also easy to get into the city. Staff was extremely nice. We were allowed a later check out. They cleaned the room each day - which isn’t normal for most hotels which cleans every few days. "
