“I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element.”

“Small, quiet hotel with a fantastic location in the Arts District. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.
Bed was comfortable and the shower is great.
I did wish that the hotel had a gym.
One thing to keep in mind is First Friday, which is a loud street festival that takes place on the first Friday of every month. If your room faces Main you will hear it. We managed to fall asleep by 11, though.
I would stay at this hotel again without question. ”

“The good thing is location, convenient and close to downtown. Room is big and comfortable. Food was normal. Can sometimes get pretty loud during midnights but can be accepted.
Downsides are there are no kettles nor slippers. Not very convenient.”
