"The property is outdated and small things did not make sense like how the washroom was split into two sections. Room needs more attention to detail. The floor tile in the washroom/entry area was sticky and do not recommend walking barefoot. The room entry door was stiff and hard to open, almost had shoulder check the door to get in. The view of the falls was incredible but the windows were not clean from previous visitors staying in the room with finger prints and smudges on the inside of the room windows. The tv is very small and would have expected something larger than 20 inch. When another room was running water you could hear the piping making noise when the water was running and was waking us up in the morning. Pictures online are over exaggerated. The rooms are not as nice as the pictures. Personally I should have gone with another hotel as the price difference would have not been that much more where the rooms would have been newer and not so run down. Staff was amazing! Very accommodating but the price for parking is also a little outrageous and more of a money grab. Swimming pool looked clean but all the side walls were sticky from other people and was kinda gross. The sauna was gross with hair on the floor and did not want to heat up to proper temperature. No robes in room and the walk to and from the swimming pool is awkward. Coffee in the lobby is not coffee and had to walk to Starbucks in the morning."
