This modest 3 bedroom, 2 bath home for 6 is nestled atop the hills of the Sierra Nevadas, just a stone's throw(4 miles) from the majesty of Seqouia National Park. Step inside and be greeted by the living room. We have a kitchen with freshly painted cabinets. Please note: electric stove. Step onto the expansive deck and be dazzled by the breathtaking mountain views. And speaking of adventures, your just a 5 minute walk from private river access. No parties or events whatsoever. We have a ring security camera set at the parking entrance. ONLY 4 or less guests are allowed at this listing. No exceptions. We are on a septic so please only flush toilet paper. No smoking No pets Check in is anytime after 3pm Check out by 11am self check with lockbox We ask for shoes to be taken off at entry to maintain the wood flooring. \*\*IMPORTANT\*\* Please make sure you comply with these rules.
