The centre is about 4 km away where you can find shops, restaurants and bars. The "Rustico Massimo" apartment is the perfect spot to practice Nordic-walking, mountain biking, jogging in the beautiful mountain landscape of Tignale. The apartment is generously equipped and is completely immersed in nature; It offers a fascinating view of the lake and the valley and has a lovely garden furnished with deckchairs and a parasol. The apartment is on the ground floor of a family house with private balcony and terrace with barbecue. The house is surrounded by beautiful lawns, where children can play safely and adults relax. The barbecue area is equipped with a table with chairs for 6 people. The apartment is a three-room apartment of about 80 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 5 people. It is composed of a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds (possibility of a third bed), bathroom with shower. Private balcony and large garden. Sie haben uns auch frisches Obst und Gemüse und Marmelade geschenkt. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, aber man erreicht schnell die umliegenden Dörfer mit dem Auto. In ca. 25 Minuten ist man am Gardasee (Gargnano). Auch Limone ist in ca. 40 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung und insbesondere die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Der Pool ist klein, wird täglich sauber gemacht. Mit der Tignale Card kann man kostenlos ins örtliche Freibad, das auch sehr süß ist. Einzig gestört hat uns der auf dem Grundstück eingesperrte Hund (ist wohl in Italien so üblich), der leider auch nachts gebellt geweint hat. Trotzdem vergeben wir 5 Sterne! Im Haus selbst hat man sich direkt wohlgefühlt, es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Nachdem wir in einem Büro den Schlüssel und eine ausführliche Wegbeschreibung erhalten haben, wurden wir ganz herzlich auf italienisch von den Gastgebern, die auch im Haus leben, begrüßt. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang und man ist dort ungestört und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Die Gastgeber schenkten uns ein Körbchen voller Leckereien aus ihrem Garten und waren sehr freundlich. Zum See geht es über eine kurvenreiche Straße circa 20 min bergab. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in Tignale direkt. Fußläufig ist leider nichts zu erreichen, es gibt auch keine Gehwege. Wir konnten aber mit dem Hund die große Wiese am Hang des Grundstück nutzen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt oben auf dem Berg und man ist mitten in der Natur. Wenn man die Ruhe liebt, ist das negau das richtige! Für uns war es perfekt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hatte alles was man benötigt. Deutsches Fernsehen, Steckdosenadapter, sämtliche Küchengeräte uvm! Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Schade war nur, dass die Straße zum nächsten Bäcker sehr schmal und uneinsichtig war. An die italienische Fahrweise mussten wir uns etwas gewöhnen, deshalb war es uns zu Fuß doch zu gewährlich früh zum Bäcker zu gehen -) Aber mit der Kleinigkeit lässt sich leben. Marrcella ist die Vermittlerin der Wohnung. Die Besitzer, ein älteres liebes Ehepaar wohnen im selben Haus. Wir hatten zuvor den Online Check- in aus deutschland aus gemacht. Das war etwas nervig, da ich ähnlich wie bei Air B&B einen kompletten Account erstellen musste . Das war für mich unnötig. Zusätzlich mussten wir dann in Italien angekommen die Formalitäten in Marcella ‚s Büro erledigen. Als dieses dann alles erfolgt war, konnte der Urlaub dann aber richtig beginnen. Wir hatte eine kurze Übergabe der Wohnung, mit der Besitzerin auf Italienisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet, sauber und schick . Besonders gut hat uns die Aussicht in die Berge und auf den Gardasee gefallen. Zudem haben wir viel und oft gegrillt. Täglich hat der ältere Herr den Pool und Grill gereinigt. Wie von Geisterhand war am Abend immer neues Holz zum Feuer machen da. Die Ankunft mit Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Das Feriendomiziel liegt oberhalb, außerhalb von Tignale. Sehr ruhig, bis auf laut knatternde Motorradfahrer, die mit Karacho die Bergserpentinen hochrattern müssen. Andere Länder ,andere Sitten. Die Vermieter wohnen im Objekt, aber völlig unauffällig. Es gibt Feigen, die man sich selber pflücken darf. Eines Morgens bekamen wir einen tollen Salatkorb mit frischen Tomaten und Gurken.Die Unterkunft ist einfach und zweckmäßig. Vielleicht wäre Zeit für eine neue Couch:-)) Wir haben uns super erholt. Der kleine Pool am Haus half uns oft beim "Nur mal abkühlen", die Aussicht dazu mega.Auch das öffentliche Schwimmbad ist sehr empfehlenswert. Essen in Tignale direkt ist super und preislich angemessen.Jeden Abend ein Eis musste sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder, aber nicht im Sommer. Es war mega heiß und gerade direkt am Gardasee total überlaufen. Eine Autofahrt von 30km dauerte etwa 1,5 Std.Wer Menschenmassen mag ist im Sommer am Gardasee gut aufgehoben. Man ist abseits des Massentourismusses und hat somit Ruhe ohne Ende. Der morgendlich Ausblick auf die Berge und den Gardasee sind super. Auf dem Grundstück leben drei Katzen, die ab und zu Ihre Streicheleinheiten einfordern. Die Vermieter sprechen nur italienisch..man konnte sich aber mit Händen und Füßen verständigen 😄. Im Nachbarort Prabione gab es einen öffentlichen Pool (+ Snackmöglichkeiten, Tischtennisplatte), der für Erfrischung sorgte. Die Aussicht traumhaft. Die Vermieter wunderbar, nett, tierlieb und immer hilfsbereit. Wir durften Feigen vom Baum essen, bekamen Tomaten Gurken und Salat aus dem Garten. Der Pool etwas klein. Nicht zum schwimmen geeignet, mal kurz abkühlen ging. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Gewürze wie Salz und Pfeffer wären schön gewesen. Bei der Werbung mit dem kostenlosen Shuttlebus sollte angegeben werden, das dieser keine Hunde mitnimmt. Und die Entfernungen zum Bus und zu Restaurants oder zum Supermarkt stimmen auch nicht. Ich werde ihr Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten vermissen. Die Wohnung ist ja hundefreundlich, die Umgebung leider weniger. Man kann vom Haus weg nur auf der Straße spazieren gehen, was nicht angenehm ist.
