"Fantastic place to stay. The house is brand new. We stayed there with 3 kids who really enjoyed the pool table in the evenings when we were back from fishing. We trailered our own boat. Plenty of space to park. The owners can arrange a charter for you that leaves right across the street. There is a boat ramp right across the street as well or you can use the ramp at Hopedale marina. Can’t say enough good things about the house and the owners. We will be back. "

I stayed here for Mardi Gras weekend 2023 as this was the cheapest option I could find. I did not feel I sacrafied anything tho. The Algeris Ferry is about 20 minutes away with free parking around the streets so if anything I saved a lot by staying here and on this side of the river. This hotel is located on a busy route so it can be noisy with the traffic, trucks, and trains. Riverside Hotel was clean and quiet. I slept well every night.
