繁華街ではないけれどコンビニも近くにあるし、施設も問題なし。ホテル内も清潔。朝食も無料にしては十分な内容。 気になる点としては、朝食時、給仕係の女性が、ずっと二人でおしゃべりしていたこと。ある意味感心するほど話し続けていた。ホテルとしてはあまり格好良くないかな。

美味しい朝食つきで部屋に持って行って食べられることも良かった。 アメニティもあり、すごくよかったが 一つだけ気になった点は シャワーをかけておく部分に髪の毛が引っかかっていたのは残念でした。 なので清潔さは⭐︎2にしました。

JR馬喰町を利用して向かいました。 改札から出口までも若干歩き、ホテルまで5〜6分程度歩きましたが、出口からホテルまでまっすぐで道に迷うこともなく、東京駅までも近くとても便利で気になりませんでした。 駅からホテルまでの間にAEON、吉野家、コンビニもありました。 無料朝食も美味しかったですし、スタッフさんも親切でした。 禁煙ルームが空いておらず、喫煙ルームの宿泊でしたが、タバコの匂いも気にならないように清掃されていました。

中学生の息子と宿泊させていただきました。チェックインの時間に関して事前に連絡をさせていただいた際に対応をしてくださって男性、当日チェックインの際に対応をしてくださった女性、どちらの方もとても親切でした。馬喰横山駅からすぐでセブンイレブンも近いです。アメニティも充実していました。お部屋は喫煙室にも関わらず清潔でしたし、何より無料の朝食がありがたかったです。ごはん、お味噌汁、お漬け物、味付け海苔、パン(バター)、ウインナー、卵焼き、ナポリタン、なすの煮浸し、ひじきの煮物、ミートボールなど、無料と思えないクオリティでした。プラスチックの容器に入れてお部屋で食べることも可能でしたが、私と息子はロビーでいただき、コーヒーのみ部屋に持ち帰りました。朝食は９時(コーヒーは１０時)までで８時半頃に行きましたが、１つでもなくなるとすぐ補充されましたし、なによりそこで一人でお世話をしておられた女性が親切でした。また東京に行くことがあれば多少遠くても必ずここに宿泊します。とても満足でした。ありがとうございました。

Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Mi sarebbe piaciuto se a colazione ci fosse stato dello yogurt o delle marmellate, c'era la colazione tradizionale (che comunque era specificato ), ma giusto due cose per venirci incontro. Il resto davvero ottimo.

Tall narrow building with a single elevator, resulting in long elevator wait times during breakfast (around 7am) and between 9 and 10am, while many people are all checking out. Otherwise typical Toyoko. There is a convenience store (7-11) across the street, mini aeon supermarket with better prices less than 5 minute walk away. Elevator-enabled access to Bakuroyokoyama station is also near (5 minutes away), convenient with luggage. Ningyocho station is about 10-15 minute walk away. Love hotel right besides Toyoko, fun for people watching.

朝食付なので、東横インをいつも利用しています。こちらのホテルはまず朝食会場が狭過ぎて座れず、結局電車に間に合わないため、２日目は朝食を食べられませんでした。 部屋に持って上がっても良いのですが、バイキングの意味がないので、席が空くのを１日目も待っていました。 シャワーの勢いも弱く、いつもお世話になる東横インとは違い、少しガッカリしました。
